- To return item(s) simply send an email to our customer service department at Customer@Rosacha.com
- Title the subject "RETURN (AND YOUR ORDER #)"
- Explain the reasons for your return or exchange request.
- Once the return or exchange has been approved you will be receive further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting rosacha.com, so we defined a quick and easy return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased within 10 days from the date the order was received.
Orders past the 30 day time frame will no longer be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Merchandise will be ineligible for a return under the following: (if applicable)
- Beachwear, Underwear and any items from sales/outlet are final and all items noted as "FINAL SALE".
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Orders sent without the original packaging will be subject to 10% deduction from refund.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after received
- Being that sale items are non-refundable, Rosa Cha cannot grant refunds in difference for markdowns post-purchase.
- Rosa Cha is not able to reimburse any duties or fees charged under any circumstance as well as any third party charges.
- Any damages, losses, etc., caused by third parties, Rosa Cha will not be accountable or heldliable.
- Merchandise returned will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and your financial institution may take longer (one to two billing cycles) to reflect the transaction. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Rosa Cha will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will only be issued in the same
